A bad photo or signature adds 24 hours of waiting. Take 60 seconds now and get it right the first time.

Heads up — date of birth on older-version states: some states (for example South Carolina, Texas and California) are produced as older — but still fully valid — design versions. For these, the date of birth is automatically adjusted so it matches the version we produce. This does not affect the validity or quality of your ID.

Photo Guidelines

60-second version: real camera (a modern phone is OK) → plain wall → dark clothes → stand 6–8 ft away → flash on → head straight, no glasses.

Use: a real digital camera (20+ megapixels), or a modern phone in good light.

Don't: low-res webcam, old phone, a screenshot, or a cropped social-media picture.
Use: plain single-color wall (light or neutral) and dark clothing for contrast.

Don't: patterned walls, outdoor scenes, light clothes on a light wall, or anything else in the shot.
Head straight, eyes open, neutral expression, mouth closed. No glasses, no hat. Hair behind the ears and off the eyes.
- Stand 6–8 feet from the camera, framed waist-up.
- Flash ON — we handle cropping and color balance.
- Balanced light: no yellow/red tint, no harsh shadows on the face.
- Camera at eye level, not below or above.
- Selfies or zoomed-in headshots (we need waist-up).
- Outdoor / sunlight pictures.
- Photos of your phone screen.
- Hats, hoods, glasses or face coverings.
- Multiple people in the shot.
- Text, watermark or timestamp overlays.
- ✓ Plain background, dark clothes, good contrast.
- ✓ 6–8 feet back, waist-up framing.
- ✓ Flash on, no harsh shadows.
- ✓ Head straight, no glasses, no hat.

Signature Guidelines

Optional: leave the signature field blank and we will generate a clean one for you. No Sharpie, no photo, no waiting.

Use: black Sharpie Fine Point (the regular round-tip Sharpie). About $2 at Walmart, CVS or any stationery shop.

Don't: chisel-tip/fat marker, ballpoint, gel pen, fineliner, highlighter. If you have to ask "is this a Sharpie?" — it isn't.
Use: plain white printer paper, blank, letter-size or A4.

Don't: lined notebook paper, receipts, napkins, colored paper, cardboard.
Sign your full name like you would on a credit-card receipt — same style and slant as your real ID. About 5–6 cm wide, readable letters, centered on the page, normal pressure.

Don't: sign too small, scribble, initials only, or trace over the same line twice.
- Phone directly above the paper, flat, not tilted.
- Paper fills most of the frame.
- Good daylight or a bright lamp, no hand shadow.
- Sharp focus — if it looks blurry on screen, retake it.
- A photo of your phone screen — photograph the paper.
- Paper pressed against clothing or a blanket — lay it flat on a table.
- Tilted, skewed or cropped so we can only see half.
- Blurry, dark or shadowed.
- Anything not in black Sharpie.
- ✓ Pen is clearly a Sharpie Fine Point.
- ✓ Pure white background, no lines or shadows.
- ✓ Every letter of your name is readable.
- ✓ Flat, sharp photo taken directly above.
All four yes? Send it. Any no? Retake before sending — a bad signature costs 24 hours in resends.

Special instructions for UK orders

Date of birth: enter it in American format (MM/DD/YYYY) — we convert it to UK standards automatically.
Titles & prefixes: put Mr., Miss, Mrs. or Lord in the first-name field before your first name.
Shipping: UK orders ship for $20 with the same delivery timeframe as premium options.
Email: use Gmail or ProtonMail and avoid @comcast / @icloud addresses for reliable delivery.

Tracking: Your tracking number is generated when the parcel leaves us, so nothing shows in the carrier’s system before dispatch. Expect it around 7 days after payment clears on Super Express ($120/$200), and around 12 days on Economy ($20) and Expedited ($50). The delivery window you selected is counted from the dispatch date, not from the day you checked out.

We accept JPG and PNG files. Use a digital camera with 20+ megapixels, stand 6-8 feet from the camera against a plain wall, and keep flash on. Avoid selfies, webcam shots, and close-up headshots. We handle all cropping and color correction.
We offer three shipping options: Economy (20 business days, $20), Expedited (10-14 business days, $50) and Super Express (5-8 business days, $120 for up to 10 people, $200 for 10-30 people). All orders include discreet packaging and tracking. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes. Fill in the details and upload the photo for the person who will appear on the card. You can add multiple cards to a single order and qualify for bulk discounts when ordering 4 or more.
