1. Custom Products & General No-Refund Rule
- All products sold on FakeIDs.com are customized to your specifications (name, photo, design
elements).
- For this reason, once production starts, refunds are generally not available.
- “Change of mind” refunds are not accepted after customization begins.
- We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your order.
2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund or replacement in the following circumstances only if the issue falls
under one of these categories:

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds or replacements will not be granted under these conditions:
- The product was made exactly according to the customer’s specifications and no misprint or

exists.
- Incorrect or incomplete information was entered by the customer (typos, wrong image, wrong
spelling).
- Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, or third-party carriers.
- Items seized, held, or withheld by customs or law enforcement in the destination region.
- The novelty item was misused or used in illegal or fraudulent ways.
- The return window has expired.
- The product has been altered, damaged after delivery, or used improperly.
4. No Physical Returns
Because of the customization involved, we do not accept returns of the physical product unless
specifically approved in the context of a defect or damage claim. Instead, we may issue a
replacement or
refund (as described above) without requiring the return of the item.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if production has not yet begun.
- After production begins, cancellation is not possible except in the rare cases of error or
defect.

6. Inspection & Approval Process
When you submit a refund or replacement request:

7. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- If the refund or replacement is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover

- For issues that are not our fault, the customer bears all return/shipping costs.
- If a product is replaced, any additional shipping cost to the customer will be clearly

8. International Orders & Legal Risks
We primarily service U.S. — domestic orders. International orders are accepted only at our discretion

may be subject to cancellation or review due to legal or regulatory concerns.
For international orders:
- The buyer is responsible for customs, import duties, taxes, or fees.
- If the product is seized or contained in transit, we are not liable.
