All products sold on FakeIDs.com are novelty identification cards intended for entertainment, film props, cosplay, collection and display purposes only. They are not government-issued documents and must never be used to misrepresent your identity, age or legal status, or to violate any law.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the details you submit (name, photo, address and signature), for how the finished item is used, and for understanding and obeying the laws in your jurisdiction. FakeIDs.com accepts no responsibility for misuse of its products.

4. Custom Products

Because every card is customized to your specifications, orders cannot be changed after production begins. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which covers production errors, damaged items, lost packages and cancellations before production.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and packaging are described in our Shipping Policy. We ship discreetly in plain packaging with tracking where available.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to produce and deliver your order. Personal photos and details are handled in line with our privacy practices and are never sold to third parties.

8. Right to Refuse Service
